Welcome to Chipola, an online platform operated by HMK Chicken Stores, providing fresh chicken, meat products, and related services through mobile applications and web platforms (the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

Company refers to HMK Chicken Stores / Chipola
User refers to any person using the Platform
Services include ordering, delivery, and promotions

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old
You must provide accurate information
Company may suspend false accounts

4. Account & Security

Register with valid mobile/email
Maintain account confidentiality
You are responsible for account activity

6. Pricing & Payments

Orders confirmed after payment/confirmation
Company may cancel pricing errors

7. Orders & Cancellation

Company may accept/reject orders
Orders cannot be cancelled after processing
Cancellation possible due to stock or operational issues

8. Delivery

Delivery time is estimated
Delays may occur due to external factors
Provide correct address/contact
Wrong details may lead to cancellation

9. Quality & Handling

Maintained at 0–4°C chilled condition
Store and cook properly after delivery
Company not responsible after delivery handling

10. Refund & Replacement

Applicable for:

Damaged/spoiled product
Wrong item delivered
Order not delivered
After incharge confirmation

Conditions:

Report within 2 hours
Proof may be required

Refunds:

Processed in 5–7 days
Credited to Chipola wallet

11. Offers & Cashback

Offers are time-bound
Cashback as Loyalty Points/coupons
Not redeemable for cash
1.5 points = 1 rupee (subject to change)
Misuse leads to disqualification

12. Contests & Campaigns

Participation is voluntary
Winners based on rules
Rewards are non-transferable
Company decision is final

Manipulation

13. User Conduct

No illegal usage
No false information
No abuse of offers
No harmful behavior

14. Intellectual Property

Company is not responsible for delays, service issues, or indirect damages.

17. Force Majeure

Company not liable for events beyond control.
